Time flies so fast, in a blink of an eye I joined Shenyang Xinguang Aerospace Safety System Co., Ltd. It's been two months. During this period of time, I would like to thank all my colleagues and leaders for their help, care and guidance. I am also very grateful that the company can give me this platform and give me the opportunity to realize my value here.
1. The cognition of the first entry into the position:
I work as a sales assistant in the marketing department. This position is like a "bridge" connecting marketing and sales and specific execution. I have to coordinate things on both sides. When I first came into contact with the product "rupture disc", because I hadn't understood it before, I was looking forward to learning new knowledge quickly, but also a little nervous. But I am ready and determined to do this job well and make achievements.
2. The internship stage of the production department:
The days of internships in the workshop allowed me to truly go from the theoretical knowledge in the books to the actual operation. I slowly figured out the production process of different types of rupture discs, and also learned how to operate some basic equipment and how to look at the production drawings. During this period, I also really felt how important the feedback from front-line colleagues was to improving production. I admire the attitude of the masters in the workshop towards their work. No matter what task they are assigned, they will complete it seriously and responsibly on time, just in order not to delay the construction period and be responsible to the customer. In general, the internship in the production department not only allowed me to learn practical skills, but also changed my mentality-no longer just staying in the theoretical "comfort circle", but truly experiencing the temperature and power of production work.
3. Internship stage of the technical department:
After interning in the technical department, I realized another leap from theory to practice. Here, I learned the practical skills of using CAD to draw drawings and how to look at the design table of the rupture disc, and I slowly developed the habit of using organized thinking to solve technical problems. I also found that new technical ideas and new improvements actually come from solving problems encountered in actual work, and I also understand that to do technical-related work, you must keep learning. Therefore, this internship is not only a "training ground" for exercising professional skills, but also helped me shape a more mature professional mentality. It allowed me to jump out of the idealized understanding of "taking technical work for granted", and truly understand that if technical work is to "land", it must pay attention to practical logic, which has also laid a solid foundation for my future career development.
4. Future career development and planning:
Regarding my future career development, I have my own small plan: I want to always focus on the field of rupture discs, learn more about product-related knowledge, understand various situations in the industry, and the real needs of customers, and slowly become a professional salesperson who understands both products and customers. Next, I will take "qualified and professional" as the standard, conscientiously serve every type of customer, accurately find their needs, and help them solve problems. In the end, I hope to rely on my own professional ability and high-quality service to help the company open up more markets, so that customers are more willing to cooperate with us and create greater value for the company.
