To comprehensively implement our "Talent-Powered Enterprise" strategy and bolster our company's talent pipeline—specifically within specialized technical fields and front-line production—Shenyang Xinguang Aerospace Safety System Co., Ltd. actively participated in the Spring Campus Recruitment Fair for the Class of 2026 graduates at Shenyang University of Technology on March 27. General Managers Xiong and Jiang personally led a team of HR specialists to the event, engaging directly with outstanding university students to recruit talent and fostering a collaborative partnership between the university and the enterprise to establish a precise platform for employment matching.

Serving as a key specialized session within Liaoning Province's "100 Universities, 1,000 Enterprises" Talent Matching Initiative, this recruitment fair brought together 271 high-quality enterprises from both within and outside the province. It stood as a grand-scale talent exchange event for higher education graduates within the advanced equipment manufacturing sector of the Shenyang-Dalian region. Leveraging its background in aerospace and defense technology—along with its credentials as a National High-tech Enterprise and a "Specialized, Refined, Special, and New" (Little Giant) Enterprise—the Xinguang Aerospace booth attracted numerous recent graduates from related majors, such as mechanical engineering, automation, and electronics, who stopped to make inquiries.

In alignment with the company's strategic development and business layout, this recruitment drive focused on four key categories of positions: front-line production technicians, sales engineers, technical engineers, and quality technicians. These roles cover the entire value chain of the company's operations, encompassing product R&D, process implementation, market expansion, and quality control. The recruitment team engaged in face-to-face interactions with the students, providing detailed introductions to the company's history, technical strengths, product applications, and talent development system. They patiently addressed students' pressing questions regarding job specifics, career paths, salaries, and benefits, creating a lively yet orderly atmosphere at the venue.

Following in-depth discussions with graduates and an initial screening process, the recruitment team collected over 20 high-quality resumes from interested candidates. The company then conducted a rigorous second round of screening in strict accordance with its recruitment standards; by comprehensively evaluating professional relevance, overall aptitude, and growth potential, nine candidates were selected to advance to the interview stage. Through a multi-faceted assessment—including personality tests, semi-structured interviews, and comprehensive evaluations—five outstanding graduates ultimately distinguished themselves. Having successfully passed the assessment, they officially signed tripartite employment agreements with the company and are now poised to become the newest members of the Xinguang Aerospace family.
