On November 10th and 11th, 2025, the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) dispatched on-site auditor Sidney Cammeresi to conduct an audit of our company's ASME UD certificate renewal process. After two days of meticulous verification, the auditor announced at the closing meeting that our company's quality control system establishment and implementation process fully meets ASME specifications and recommended that our company continue to hold the UD certificate. This result signifies that our company's quality control capabilities and technical level in the rupture disc manufacturing field continue to align with high international standards, providing a solid qualification guarantee for expanding into the global market and enhancing our competitiveness in the domestic market.
This audit covered two dimensions: sampling certification of BXF type rupture discs and the establishment and implementation of the system. At the sampling certification level, expert instructors participated in the entire process of BXF50 product material requisition, cutting, debugging, heat treatment, and assembly, and witnessed the entire sampling burst test. The entire process met the requirements of the quality assurance manual system, and the final test pressure met the design requirements. At the system level, the expert instructors conducted a systematic review of the company's 2025 ASME quality control system, personally providing guidance on some issues found to ensure compliance with the specifications. They also approved the company's third edition quality control manual on behalf of ASME.
During the review process, the technical capabilities and work style demonstrated by our team received high praise from the expert instructors. They also offered several practical suggestions for improvement regarding the establishment and implementation of the ASME quality system. Han Fengjuan, our company's quality assurance engineer, stated that the successful recertification is not only an affirmation of the company's quality management system but also a recognition of the hard work of all employees. The company will take this opportunity to continuously optimize its management system and improve engineering quality and service levels.
