With the end of the Spring Festival, Xinguang has officially got back to work for the new year. Looking back at this last period—from the energetic celebrations of our annual gala to the quiet commitment of those working over the holidays, and finally the first day back after holiday with everyone’s warm greetings—each moment has not only given this New Year a real feeling of warmth but also made our whole team even more united. New year is not just about the changing of calendar; it is a chance to change our attitude, come together again, and start with a clean slate.
Before the Spring Festival break, our company held an annual gala that was quiet but had a lot of spirit. Everyone left the habitual work environment for a short while just to be, talk and have a good time; some colleagues even prepared shows, so the atmosphere was both very relaxing and joyful. Such moments do more than just help us unwind; they also provide an opportunity for us to catch up with each other in the middle of our hectic schedules, feel the real team spirit, and get energized for the upcoming work.

They could have chosen to spend the Spring Festival—a traditional time for family reunions—in leisure and relaxation. However, our post group of colleagues who continued to remain at their posts to secure the safe operation of our facilities and equipment, is a testament to the level of responsibility they have. This is a quality we hold dear to our hearts. This is our prime concern especially when our industry produces safety products, e.g., rupture discs that are meant to protect system stability at the moment of a crisis. Having said that, we realize the importance of safety so much that we even do our production line and each quality-handling process with the highest level of accuracy and detail so that we can offer the most dependable products and support to our customers.
The company held a warm and relaxing environment on the first working day. When people came back to their desks, the New Year was shared and a "Happy New Year" was the simplest and the most genuine greeting. Management staff also conversed with employees about their adjustment to work after the holidays and plans for the coming year during their visits to different departments. These informal encounters resulted in a deeper sense of belonging and facilitated an easy changeover to work after the holidays.
