From July 30, 2025 to August 1, 2025, I participated in the short-term intensive training course for development targets before joining the Party in 2025 organized by the Organization Department of the Hunnan District Committee of the Shenyang Municipal Party Committee of the Communist Party of China and the Party School of the Hunnan District Committee of the Shenyang Municipal Party Committee of the Communist Party of China. The series of training courses for development targets is not a simple accumulation of knowledge, but a profound ideological refining and spiritual baptism. I am deeply aware that to become a qualified party member, you need to take theory as the basis and practice as the key, and continue to refine your party's cultivation and work ability.
Deepen theoretical arming and build a solid ideological foundation. The Party's innovative theory systematically learned in the training made me understand that party cultivation begins with firmness in faith. I will insist on transforming the learning results into the political consciousness of "two maintenance". When facing complex issues, I will always guide the direction with the Party's theory to ensure that the work is not biased. Only by internalizing and externalizing the purpose of "serving the people" can we stand firm in the test of wind and rain.
Based on post practice, temper your practical skills. The training emphasizes "applying what you have learned", taking an example as a mirror, and showing your identity and setting an example in overcoming difficulties like old party members. Studying the "Party Constitution" made me understand that party membership is not only an identity, but also a heavy responsibility. Especially when General Secretary Xi Jinping visited Liaoning, he emphasized that "the revitalization of Northeast China in the new era must have a new atmosphere, new responsibilities and new actions", which put forward higher requirements for us.
Strictly abide by discipline and rules, and always maintain the true nature of politics. By studying the party constitution and party rules, I know better where the "bottom line" lies. In the future, with the consciousness of "my day, my three provinces and my body", I will abide by principles in small things, strictly self-discipline when alone, and always maintain the credibility of the Party with a clean and honest image. The spirit of the eight central regulations is like a sharp sword, cutting off the shackles of formalism and bureaucracy. History is the best textbook. As an important town in the old industrial base of Northeast China, Shenyang's party history contains the spirit of responsibility of the "eldest son of the Republic". This kind of power to keep faith in adversity is the red gene that contemporary party members need to inherit most.
In short, I will internalize the training gains into beliefs and internalize them into actions, enhance the Party's character in learning, thinking and practice, increase talents in my work, and strive to become a Communist Party member who can reassure the party and satisfy the people.
