Time flies. Since I joined the Technical Department of Shenyang Xinguang Aerospace Safety System Co., Ltd. two months ago, this precious initial journey has been both a profound baptism of technical cognition and a rewarding growth and transformation for me.
The two months since I first entered the technical department were the process of my rapid learning and integration. From the initial study of the company's technical management system, familiarization with relevant design specifications and standards (such as GB 567.1-2012), to the process of gradually contacting specific project tasks and work processes:
1. System cognition: through technical data learning, senior explanations and participation in department meetings, I have a preliminary understanding of the technical principles and system architecture of the company's core safety system products (rupture disc devices).
2. Project practice participation: under the leadership of leaders and colleagues, he participated in some basic design assistance work: three-dimensional modeling, simulation data analysis, two-dimensional drawing, installation animation production and product design tasks. Although I am currently undertaking a more basic part, every time I have a deeper understanding of theoretical knowledge and product structure, I have also truly realized the rigor and complexity of engineering design. For example, in the process of participating in the "CIMC" project, I deeply understood the importance of detail control and the key role of teamwork in solving technical problems.
3. Challenges and puzzles: in the face of brand new professional fields and technical details, puzzles and challenges are inevitable. But the open and mutual atmosphere of the Technical Department has given me great support. No matter what problems you encounter at work, you can always find colleagues to answer patiently.
This experience made me deeply feel that I have become a qualified Shenyang Xinguang Aerospace Safety System Co., Ltd. Technicians not only need a solid professional foundation, but also a rigorous and meticulous work attitude. Looking forward to the future, I will take a more proactive attitude and take root in technical positions:
