Related service plans:

1. The quality assurance period is 12 months after the overall equipment is put into operation and accepted, or 24 months after the goods arrive at the site, whichever comes first. Under normal operating conditions, if the equipment has quality problems, the seller shall repair or replace it free of charge and be responsible for the manufacturing quality.

2. If quality problems occur during the warranty period, our company promises to respond within 24 hours.

3. Outside the quality assurance period, if the device has abnormal conditions or quality accidents, our company promises to respond within 24 hours. Our company promises to conduct in-depth investigations and propose solutions until it returns to normal.

4. If the equipment provided by our company has quality problems outside the quality assurance period, you can contact the seller and provide the buyer with new products for replacement. Outside the warranty period, our company continues to provide after-sales service for the damage of the goods during the buyer's use. The service outside the warranty period is a paid service, but our company promises to charge the corresponding fees at a preferential price lower than the market price.

5. Our company promises to provide technical services and technical information: provide installation, commissioning, maintenance and other related information. Ensure timely delivery of the relevant technical documents and drawings specified. Provide users with a complete equipment manual.


How to ensure product quality:

The equipment provided by the seller complies with the relevant standards and specifications specified in the technical specifications from the material, design, manufacturing to installation and testing of the product.


The seller shall ensure that the performance and quality of the equipment provided meet all the technical requirements of the buyer.


The seller shall guarantee to the buyer that the equipment provided is a brand-new product with advanced technology, mature and reliable. The drawing design and material selection are accurate, and there are no defects and errors in the processing technology. The technical documents and drawings should be clear, correct and complete, and can meet the requirements of equipment installation and normal operation and maintenance.


The seller shall have effective methods to control the quality and service of all outsourced and purchased parts to meet the requirements of this technical specification.


If defects or damage are found in the parts during installation and trial operation, the seller shall repair or replace them free of charge as soon as possible after confirming that the storage, installation, maintenance and operation of the equipment meet the requirements. The parts and equipment used for replacement should be brand-new products.


Overall quality control and test requirements:

The seller shall conduct quality control and testing in accordance with the documents attached to the specification or in accordance with the requirements of the manufacturing inspection standards. Since the Seller is responsible for the overall procurement of the bursting discs, the Seller may conduct the inspections and tests it deems necessary after notifying the Buyer.

During the final inspection organized by the Buyer before the bursting discs leave the factory, the Buyer has the right to check the records of quality inspections and tests throughout the production process of the bursting discs and has the right to request explanations.

All test documents shall be approved by the Buyer. The Seller (including in all subcontractor orders) shall ensure the Buyer's inspection and testing requirements.
