Since joining the Xinguang Aerospace family in 2021, our production workshop has undergone numerous changes over the past three years. These changes have not only subtly impacted our work style but also improved our work environment and efficiency.
First, the workshop underwent equipment upgrades and renovations. The introduction of new machines such as laser cutting machines and precision engraving machines has significantly increased our production efficiency. Work that previously required outsourcing can now be completed in-house in just a few minutes, saving time and improving work quality. Furthermore, the operation of the new equipment has enhanced our work safety. These changes have made our work more efficient, convenient, and safer.
Second, the workshop has also implemented management optimizations. Previously, the workshop's management tasks and responsibilities weren't clearly defined, leading to some omissions and errors. Now, we've optimized management processes and clearly defined work responsibilities. Everyone is clear about their tasks and responsibilities, and the workflow is clearer and more efficient. These changes have made our work more organized, reduced confusion, and improved efficiency and quality.
Finally, the workshop has also strengthened team building and employee training. Previously, team coordination and employee skills were relatively weak, which prevented some tasks from being completed smoothly. Now, we've strengthened team building and employee training, improving teamwork and employee skills. Communication and coordination among team members have become closer, and employee skills and abilities have been enhanced. These changes have made our team more cohesive and powerful, and our work more smooth and efficient. Change brings innovation, and these changes have had a profound impact on both our work and our lives.
