On May 12, 2025, at the request of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME), the NB laboratory of the United States conducted a two-day on-site sampling audit of our company. This audit is an important step for the company to promote its international certification strategy, and it is also a comprehensive inspection of the company's product quality control, production process management and technical data perfection. During the audit, the director of the Type Test Center of Shenyang Special Equipment Testing Institute and the personnel of China Special Inspection ASME Technology Inspection (Beijing) Co., Ltd. participated in the whole process, making the audit work fair, just, professional and efficient.
The scope of this audit covers the company's five types of bursting disc products: BT, BXF, BXW, BXE, and NX. The audit plan was clearly proposed by the on-site inspector of the NB laboratory at the first meeting, focusing on three aspects: First, on-site witnessing of the blasting performance test of the above five types of products; second, full-process supervision of the actual production process of the five types of products; third, strict review of relevant materials such as product design documents, calibration certificates of measuring instruments, and raw material quality certificates.
In the blasting test, the audit experts strictly evaluated according to the ASME standards, and checked the setting of test conditions, the accuracy of data collection, and the analysis process of product fragments after the test one by one. The safety performance of the product under extreme working conditions meets the requirements of international standards. In the process of product production supervision, the audit team went deep into the workshop and conducted on-site inspections on the implementation of each link from raw material acceptance to unloading, processing, assembly, testing, packaging, etc., and comprehensively checked the consistency of quality control points and operating procedures in each link. At the same time, the review of technical documents is also particularly strict. Not only does it require the product design drawings to be consistent with the actual products, but it also verifies the valid certificates of various calibrations, tests and raw materials to ensure the traceability and consistency of the products.
Faced with the high standards and strict requirements of the audit team, the relevant departments of the company actively cooperated, provided the required documents and materials, and answered the questions of the audit experts in detail, showing good coping ability and professional quality. In particular, the management standardization of the production site, the systematization of document management and product consistency have been unanimously recognized by the audit experts.
