Introduction of PC bursting disc:
Flat seat rupture disc（Flat scored rupture disc） is a single-layer flat diaphragm with a cross groove or annular groove to weaken the strength. It is a pressure release device. Flat seat rupture disc is widely used in pressure vessels, pipelines or systems.
During the project, when the environment reaches the set pressure range, the Flat seat rupture disc ruptures along the groove.
The PC bursting disc is a flat plate with grooves processed on the pressure sensitive element.
Features of PC bursting disc:
1. Low-pressure flat disc is suitable for both gas and liquid media.
2. The working range of low-pressure flat disc is: -40℃ to 260℃.
3. Cross-scored rupture disc has fragments after blasting and cannot be used in series with safety valve
4. Cross-scored rupture disc is suitable for low working pressure requirements;
5. Cross-scored rupture disc is suitable for normal pressure equipment, does not require a clamp, and can be directly installed between equipment flanges.
