In production, when there is a certain amount of organic dust in the air, mechanical friction, metal impact, static electricity, sparks and fire sources will cause dust to deflagrate and explode. The use of Flat composite rupture discs with seam can achieve the effect of safe discharge.
Features of Flat composite rupture discs with seam:
1. The operating pressure can reach 60% of the minimum bursting pressure of the Rupture disk for dust.
2. The PF type rupture disc can meet food and sanitary standards.
3. Vacuum performance of PF type rupture disc: constant static pressure: 0 ~ 300 water column.
4. High vacuum degree: PF type rupture disc needs to be used with a bracket.
Specifications of Rupture disk for dust:
1. The bursting pressure range of Flat composite rupture disk: 0.003 Mpa ~ 0.035 Mpa.
2. Standard material of Flat composite rupture disk: austenitic stainless steel. Sealing film is PP film, F4, F46.
3. The bursting pressure tolerance of Flat composite rupture disk: bursting pressure below 0.07 Mpa (including 0.07 Mpa) ± 0.0017 Mpa; bursting pressure above 0.07 Mpa ± 0.0034 Mpa.
4. Applicable temperature of Rupture disk for dust: polytetrafluoroethylene -30℃～240℃; polyperfluoroethylene -30℃～210℃.
Note:
If Rupture disk for dust needs to be applied to a higher working temperature (240℃～400℃), additional heat shields and cooling measures can be adopted. The specific plan can be negotiated.
